I have lived several years in Zoso Flats for in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, VA and this apartment building and its staff has always met or surpassed my expectations. The location is quiet yet only a few blocks from many great shops and restaurants in the area. It is only three blocks from the metro stop. The staff has always been responsive to my questions and maintenance needs....

Where the apartment lacks in amenities, it makes up in great customer service and beautiful, large apartments. The apartment complex is one of the most expensive in the area (4 not 5 stars), but has nice furnishings and loft style high ceilings. Nice modern building, close to the metro and Clarendon marketplace. Price is on the high end considering no real amenities. There is a very small gym and free coffee in the lobby.
