It is definitely an average apartment with the location and some of its amenities making it a more attractive choice.

So unhappy, not worth the rent

I have been so unhappy with my experience at the Acadia thus far. I frequently work from home and have to suffer through constant drilling and hammering at all hours of the day. Sometimes the construction begins as early as 6:30 am, and I've even heard it on Sunday mornings. I have complained multiple times and the problem still persists.
