Poor Customer Service!!! Just like everyone says, it is rare to find help and you feel as if you, the customer, is an inconvenience. I think they need to clean house or retrain. It isnt hard to provide good customer service. I will have to pick another shop.

I always find what I need, am treated with respect (they do not patronize women working in carpentry), and have benefitted from the advice they have shared. Love the demonstrations and love not being rushed!
