I really had a great experience at Mt. Hood Hearing. Vladimir is a wealth of information and patience. Everything I needed to know he was prepared to talk about with both the pros and the cons of the choices before me. It really is a process and having Vladimir in your corner is a big first step towards enjoying again the other half of the conversations you knew to be missing!

Wayne is awesome! He was able to replace both of my hearing aids hook tubes and my ear mold tubes which had snapped this morning. I could not wait two full days to get them replaced at my medical appt at kaiser! Thanks Wayne!

Thank you for all the kindness you and your staff have shown me. You have a beautiful office, always with pretty plants, and so clean. I have needed batteries and you are always there to supply them and also when I need any help you are there for me. I am hearing so much better now. Jean W.
