Established in 1985, White Dragon Martial Arts is one of the oldest and largest martial arts organizations in San Diego County, California. White Dragon specializes in traditional kung fu, and tai chi, as well as mixed martial arts, kickboxing, and self-defense training.

White Dragon is dedicated to improving the lives of its students through the practice of martial arts. Students learn not only one of the most effective systems of self-defense, but also one of the most complete forms of health improvement. A great place for martial arts and fitness

White Dragon East County is the best martial arts school I've ever encountered and I've now been a student for 12 years. The school has classes in both tai chi and kung fu, and there is also personal training available at a reasonable price. There are individual and group classes for both adults and children- and the hours are great. Sifu Ferreira and his instructors stress discipline, hard work and personal growth tailored to the individual. I highly recommend this school to anybody interested in either martial arts or personal fitness!

Amazing Fitness Establishment

The second you walk into the door of this establishment you immediately feel very welcome. The staff there is willing to help you figure out the best choice for your athetic ability. Whether it be Kung Fu, Circut Training, or personal training, I have thouroghly enjoyed every single activity that I have been involved with. I have become addicted to a healthy lifestyle because of them and Highly recommend it to every person I come in contact with.

Rocking School

This is a hard core school for the serious student. If you want to learn the best way, you need to learn from the best! Sifu Ferreira knows his stuff and will teach you to become the best you can be. The personal training program is also hard core, effective, and tailored perfectly for each student's needs. Wanna get stronger, feel better about yourself, and let's be honest--look hotter?? Here's your school.

White Dragon

I never considered attending a martial arts class as an adult. At White Dragon I was welcomed with open arms and encouraged. White Dragon has helped me meet my goals physically and emotionally. I am grateful for all that the White Dragon Family has given to me and my daughter.

When Physical therapy can't get the job done.

November 5th of 2012 I was involved in a motorcycle accident which resulted in me crushing my left heal and completely severing my Achilles tendon. I was headed west on Washington in El Cajon on my motorcycle when a car pulled out in front of me.
