I agree with the doctor that wrote in. I think the people that brought in their Yorkie must have gotten Dr. Bartel mixed up with someone else. We have gone to Dr. Bartel for seven years, he has been nothing but wonderful and compassionate.…

Good Vet, Questionable Kenneling

First, I really like Brian Bartels. He is a nice, thorough vet who has taken good care of our dogs. But I am worried about the kennel. I have taken my dogs there for YEARS, and they have been well cared for. But the long time person who ran that program left a few months ago, and the new people know nothing about customer service. Because they are closed Sundays, when I return from vacations or long weekends, I pick my dog up after work on Mondays. Twice in the last two months they've called and told me they were closing early and I had to leave work to go get my dog. Once they called at...
