I waited over an hour before she came into the exam room. No one came into the room to explain the delay, or give me an option to reschedule. When she finally came in she never apologized or gave a reason for the delay. She spent about 10 minutes with me before she left.

Back in December my mama went there and was in the ICU, and the Dr's and nurses did everything medically and humanly possible to save her. Although she passed away I have nothing but the upmost respect for the staff. When they gave us the news they sent in a team for me because of my medical issues and the way I was taking the news.
