The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Room had fridge and small microwave. Coffee pot in the bathroom (one of my pet peeves is I don't cook in a bathroom) that could have been placed in the room. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Didn't use wifi so don't know if it worked well or not. Didn't eat...

Good rate for those using Banner Hospital. Very close to the hospital, good breakfast and clean! I had asked for a handicap accessible room-the motel has only 2 rooms for handicapped. We did get a shower chair.

I was happy the rooms had been renovated from our last experience. Although the bed was comfortable, the plastic mattress cover made it a noisy sleep and the bottom sheet kept coming off or they would use a non fitted sheet. We chose this hotel, because we were there on a busy weekend, and the other hotel prices were 400-500 a night. So the price for staying a few more blocks away from the convention center was worth it. Inside of the rooms aren't bad and beds slept well. Could hear the doors being closed from neighboring rooms. The outside needs...
