Person answering phone is very rude. Do not want to service pellet stoves, e enough when purchased there. Cannot recommend.

Great customer service! Just had our Harman stove serviced by Dean and am so pleased. He answered all of my questions, gave me pointers. I was told they would be here between 1:00 and 2:00 and @ 1:00 he was here. You have my business!!

I want to thank rick at survival products for getting service tech out to fix our stove in less than 24 hours. Service tech was very knowledgeable and got the stove fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks again for the great service.

I had a lot of phone calls to make today. In the midst of terrible customer service with every call I made, I decided to call Survival Products about my pellet stove. It was delightful and amazing to have a polite, knowledgeable staff member to answer my questions! Such a wonderful experience!! THANK YOU!! he explained every answer in language that I understood and he ANSWERED every question...
