I reserved a Executive King Suite but when we got there, they didn't have any Kings so they put us in a double queen room. Then, the front desk clerk charged us saying that I didn't pay for the room at the time of booking. I told him that I'm pretty sure i was charged but gave him my card anyways. As I'm signing the receipt, I noticed they pulled up the wrong confirmation! So I was charged...

Room was very nice, nicer than I expected. Super comfortable bed, so comfortable that I actually looked at the tag on the I'll own to find out the brand so I can purchase some for my home. Great value. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever stuck in Dallas unexpectedly.

The room was excellent (size, bed comfort, decor, quiet) and comprable to upscale hotels I have stayed at. The afternoon staff at check-in was just OK. Not as friendly as others and not sure how to load my Wyndham Rewards number. The breakfast selections and quality was excellent. Can't imagine anyone not being pleased. Would like to have had an ice machine closer than the lobby (I was 3rd floor).

We were impressed that we didn't hear the aircraft flying over with DFW Int'l being just behind us. Our bed was clean and very comfy. The huge TV was great also!

I was very happy with the room and amenities. Location and accessibility was great. The evening/night time clerk was extremely friendly. The clerk on check-in during daytime was very short with me.
