I reserved a Executive King Suite but when we got there, they didn't have any Kings so they put us in a double queen room. Then, the front desk clerk charged us saying that I didn't pay for the room at the time of booking. I told him that I'm pretty sure i was charged but gave him my card anyways. Room was very nice, nicer than I expected. Super comfortable bed, so comfortable that I actually looked at the tag on the I'll own to find out the brand so I can purchase some for my home. Great value. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever stuck in Dallas unexpectedly.
The room was excellent (size, bed comfort, decor, quiet) and comprable to upscale hotels I have stayed at. The afternoon staff at check-in was just OK. Not as friendly as others and not sure how to load my Wyndham Rewards number. The breakfast selections and quality was excellent. Can't imagine anyone not being pleased. Would like to have had an ice machine closer than the lobby (I was 3rd floor).

Once we found the hotel we were more than happy with the room and hotel. Only having the highway number made for an hour of getting rather lost around the airport but once we arrived and used Heathrow Rd as out satnav reference, we didn't have any other difficulties. The room was nice and clean, TV and wifi were fine and we had a nice 3 night stay. No pool but you can't have everything!

Although we had advance late arrival reservations, our room assigned to us was arranged for handicapped people. The shower provided plenty of water pressure etc. but overflowed water to the bathroom floor since shower floor is even with the bathroom floor.
Took shuttle to airport to pick up son and then returned together to hotel. Saved hassle of finding my way and didn't have to pay for parking. Of course, I did tip the driver.

It was clean, with no airplane noise though it is close to the airport, it was very clean room and path room, breakfast was very good with a variety of choices, good shuttle airport, staff were very helpful and polite. One bad point about the room door which was not working well and the handle should be pushed up instead of downwards several times until it opens.
The receptionist was very helpful with check-in, dining tips, driving directions. The bed was wonderful (we almost overslept the breakfast hours) and the air conditioning was great, especially since it was 95 outside.

Our stay was short but great. The only thing to complain about was the toilet paper was horrible. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Large screen TV with a remote that worked.

Was flying to Mexico and wanted a hotel that included parking and a shuttle to airport. DID NOT read correcrly. Shuttle is free but parking is $5 a day, which isn't bad except I waited 45 minutes for pickup and found where I could have saved money by buying a weekly rate from a reputable parking place that had frequent pickups.

This hotel was incredibly reasonable in terms of price. It was very clean, with the exception of the bath tub. The shower curtain needed to be changed or cleaned, and there was a ring on the edge where someone's shampoo or shower bottle had been sitting. Overall, though, it was a very positive experience. The rest of the room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable.

The only problem that I had was when arriving at the airport, there was no way to contact the hotel to let them know that I needed shuttle service. Without a US phone it was very difficult but the hotel was wonderful about things when I was able to reach them. A wonderful stranger contacted them for me. The breakfast was outstanding.
