These assholes sold out to pal beach tan and gave NO NOTICE. To those of u who bought points during those " specials"......good luck. I had 200 points and they wanted to " honor " them thru February?!?!?! Thats like a years worth to me. Shame on Sun Tan City........can you say CLASS ACTION.......you pricks.

I used to tan everyday and actually enjoy going in. It was cheerful and everyone was always smiling. So sad to see how the management this year has let this place go. She is so rude and disrespectful. I've on several occasions overheard her talking about clients with her employees. No one in the store is friendly, I mistakenly got in the wrong bed one day and the rep at the desk huffed and...

Checking in online does not help... Found out today when I checked in 10mins before arriving and the lady in front of me at the store wanted the same bed and got in before me

Horrible customer service. Regardless if you "checkin"... When you are a member and are TOLD it will be 5-10 min wait... You should NOT have to wait 32 min. Still not be called. So after 32 min., I got up and left!
