These assholes sold out to pal beach tan and gave NO NOTICE. To those of u who bought points during those " specials"......good luck. I had 200 points and they wanted to " honor " them thru February?!?!?! Thats like a years worth to me. Shame on Sun Tan City........can you say CLASS ACTION.......you pricks.

I used to tan everyday and actually enjoy going in. It was cheerful and everyone was always smiling. So sad to see how the management this year has let this place go. She is so rude and disrespectful. I've on several occasions overheard her talking about clients with her employees. Checking in online does not help... Found out today when I checked in 10mins before arriving and the lady in front of me at the store wanted the same bed and got in before me

Horrible customer service. Regardless if you "checkin"... When you are a member and are TOLD it will be 5-10 min wait... You should NOT have to wait 32 min. Still not be called. So after 32 min., I got up and left!

I have been going to this location before it was Sun Tan City (2003). I'm sure this will be deleted. But 3 phone calls, no response. Maybe I can get somewhere through FB. Left messages for a call back about an issue. It's going on 3rd day. Nothing!!! I've even called toll free number. Nothing!!!!

I've been coming to suntan city since August n it is always clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful I love it so much.

I can't even begin to tell you how happy my nest is with the new feeling of warmth & friendship ~ genuinely passionate about the customers. & pays exquisite attention to details, lil things that make life fun... Tonya remembered how to pronounce my name correctly after one visit, & I remembered hers with a smile! <3. Chester makes the beach feel home-ade! Thank You!

Everything is good now, the management back in October was not nice or friendly she was very rude but I didn't express my concern because I figured somehow she would get weaned out. The management and the staff are great, very professional and friendly, and the salon is always clean.

I tanned here for a few months and had one too many bad experiences with the owner. She's disrespectful and just pushes products. Every time you come in expect to get several minutes worth of sales pitching before you tan. It's awful.

This is a very clean ,friendly , and best tanning results Ive ever had at a tanning salon. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family!
