I will not recommend. They are so nice before the sale then afterward when you need help,gone. No one could help us. The customer service woman was harsh and rude. The salesman was nice but oh well. This is a $655.00 A/C unit. We haven't even had it a year. My mother is 87 yrs old and this has been very distressing. Customer Service is basically a thing of the past and that is definitely the...
