Room was large with fans and air conditioning. We arrived a bit before check-in time due to major thunderstorm and were let in immediately.\n\nOld place in need of painting, new carpet, and new furniture. Driveway from highway was smooth but unpaved. Man who manages place I guess came to our door at 10 p.m. because of noise complaint downstairs not due to us, never identified himself.

Room was nicely functional, everything worked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Room was very clean. The breakfast nook was a very nice way to start the day, the fresh coffee was superb. The owners are very friendly and helpful.\n\nI personally prefer darker curtains, but only because I like to sleep a bit late.
