Room was large with fans and air conditioning. We arrived a bit before check-in time due to major thunderstorm and were let in immediately.\n\nOld place in need of painting, new carpet, and new furniture. Driveway from highway was smooth but unpaved. Man who manages place I guess came to our door at 10 p.m. because of noise complaint downstairs not due to us, never identified himself.

I was here for a festival on Stratton and couldn't have been more pleased. I raved to other festival-goers about the kindness I was receiving at Snowdon and am so happy I stayed here instead of on the mountain (even if that would have been better distance wise, but it's a 20 min drive either way). Within 20 mins to Stratton Mountain. Hotel was a bit outdated and we ran out of hot water, which was addressed immediately by the staff and came back in 30 mins. Good hotel to crash in after skiing.

On 1/2/15, we checked in and found a nest of bed bugs in room 4, in the box spring of the bed corner by the closet. We took pictures, got our money back and left. The pictures were unmistakeable.

Great little motel

We were worried when we pulled up to this location. Dirt drive and parking lot. Motel looked straight from the 1960's.

You will never meet a nicer motel owner! The rooms are very clean and may seem out of date, but it is comfortable. It was nice to know that we could use the fire pit and the barbeque grill at anytime. Beautiful country setting off of the beaten track...just what the Dr ordered!!!! Cannot say enough good things about the...

This motel is not fancy, the furnishings are simple and dated, the carpet & furniture was a bit threadbare. But it was clean and for the price it worked just fine for me. The owners - who run the motel - were very nice and helpful. The room had both a microwave and a fridge which is nice. There is a grocery store a few miles away.

Went to the Snowdon to attend my class reunion. I would have preferred it to be located closer but it really wasn't a major concern.

I had a very nice stay in the Snowdon Motel. Faheem, the owner, was friendly and chatty and went above and beyond in mailing me a book I had accidentally left behind. The continental breakfast included a nice selection of fruit, fresh coffee, plenty of bagels and bread products and several types of cereal. The beds were comfy and the...

We just spent the weekend at the Snowdon and will return. It's a great location if you plan to ski at Magic Mountain and they serve a continental breakfast that allowed us to be on the slopes by 8:30 am.
We have been staying at our fare share of ski motels this winter and I must say that the Snowdon...

We recently traveled to VT over MLK weekend and had a hard time swallowing the rates some hotels were charging. In addition, most availability was at inns, which were not children friendly as most had just queen or king beds, so another room was needed. So we took a chance at the Snowdon.
Upon arriving at Snowdon, it appears a...

Faheem and his family run a nice Motel. It is clean and comfortable. My wife left a phone charger there and they promptly mailed it to us which was very nice. My only suggestion would be for the management to inform the guests that the heat will be turned off during the day. I understand the need to keep heating...

We were in the area for a wedding and selected the motel based on the rate. Knowing how risky that can be, we approached with some trepidation only to find an attractive, well kept motel in a great little town. The grounds are very well kept, the proprietors are extremely friendly, and the rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable. We...

We have stayed at the Snowdon Motel twice over the past couple of years and have enjoyed our stays. The owners Faheem and Shabbana are very friendly, welcoming and accomodating.
It's a nice little country motel. You won't find the most modern furnishing or high tech gadgets, but the rooms are clean with plenty of room to move around and...
