Very unhappy with how Roy handles things

I called to make and appointment and they could not have been nicer, dropped the car off, and then they called to give me a quote. I was really busy and just agreed because it seemed ok based on what I asked them to fo fix.

When I got there the brakes were not fixed like I asked and the car is still bogged down when you turn the air on even though I asked them to fix that too. When I looked at the break down of prices, they seemed high but the girl at the counter said it was because I drove an Infinti even though she clearly had no clue.
