Called in to quote a direct fit, bolt on exhaust job, gave make and model, received a $100 quote. Brought vehicle in at 9am, received a call at 2pm stating that the exhaust was wrong and would not fit (after i got back to my car, they did not even open the bags for exhaust) Went back in and showed the "tech" a video of that part being installed, and his response was "oh well ok, we can do it...

We were a hour and half away from home and had a flat tire, Meineke was the first place we got to. We had to wait about a hour becaus so busy with locals but they were very nice and got to us as quick as they could. The guy at the desk was very friendly and obviously well respected by his customers because he knew all of them on a first name basis! Put my mind at ease that they would treat us...
