Tyler was great at fixing our toilet. He was very professional and didn't try to oversell anything. He wanted to try a good/cheap fix before having to recommend something that would be very expensive. Toilet is working and not leaking anymore!

I would absolutely recommend Rocket Rooter! We had a sewer drain backup. We'd used Rocket Rooter before, so we called them. Tyler quickly cleared the clog and, after discussing why he thought there could still be some issue with the pipe, I agreed to have him do a camera inspection. The service was excellent. Tyler was on time, very professional, clean and courteous. He located the problem and was able to clear it, which was not an easy task. I am confident that we will not have problem with the drain in the future. We plan to use Rocket Rooter in the future for all of our jobs where we will be remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, to perform a drain pre-inspection.
