He ran the snake well past the stoppage and even made a suggestion on how to probably prevent a future backup. The tech was complaining about digging two inches to get to cover, even though I explained the cover was installed by your company 5 years back to a depth that would avoid me being charged for dogging. We had to fight to make sure he did not include the digging charges. In addition the costs have gone up considerably from the previous visit five years back. I will not be using this company again.
