In all seriousness-Customer service was lousy, there were three employees working and too involved with their inappropriate conversation (they were upset about their regional manager hiring a new employee) to even remotely be helpful. They were exceptionally rude and in all honesty this is not the first time that I have had crap service from this place. I would highly recommend going somewhere...

I went to urban-x-change on 12/31/12 to get my friends ears pierced. While there I got a dermal chest piercing and I loved it. Fantastic service amazing piercing artist great and affordable prices I'm never going back to my old salon. Get your piercings there and you wont be disappointed. People have said its dirty and the piercings will get infected but that's only if you don't take care of them and clean them properly. That was the best piercing experience I've ever had I loved it and I would recomend it for anyone who wants a piercing.\r

I went to Urban X Change a fews years ago to get my tongue pierced. I was terrified walking in the door, but after speaking with several employees I was comfortable and they were very informative about how to care for my new piercing.

it seems that urban exchance is awesome but there not all that clean. Each time i check up the mall i go in. but only to buy rings for my nose and belly. There selection isent all that great unless you have your tounge/other insitefull body parts. [witch they wont let me type] pierced but thats not even it. even my friend goes there to check out there merchendice but sadly nothing his style. Try to check up blue horse shoe if looking for a new piercing. they are most clean and most entertaining.
but if you do decide to go there my only advice is have fun.

I just got my nose pierced there this past Saturday (1/26/2008) and I was very happy with the price, the people and the atmosphere. They all made me very comfortable which was good because I was nervous. I will go back there again for another piercing.

Quick and easy. The service was great, and the actual piercer was very nice and made the whole process a fun experience. They were a lot of help, and i just called them back today with a question, and i got it a month ago. They continue to answer questions and i can't wait to get another piercing.

Great Staff. Great look (modern warehouse/techno theme.. love the purple sign and the mask things). i got my tongue pierced and it was cool. got some gauges (6 gauge) for my ears they offered to help me get them in(which was cool) but i could do it so i was like ""Naw. thats cool"".
