Trellis is the best place that I looked at thanks to apartments.com I'm an now a resident and lover of the place ! Our consultant Erin made sure everything was perfect ! She worked with us and got us a renovated apartment with new amenities it's so beautiful ! I'd advise everyone to come check it out !

the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Like the people in the office. they are nothing like the other people in the apartments i moved from.
I've lived here for almost 6 months now, and I love it! No pest problems whatsoever, very friendly and helpful staff. Neighbors seem nice, and there isn't excessive noise. There's a courtesy officer and maintenance available 24/7 for emergencies. The pool is large, well-kept, and staffed by a lifeguard Tues-Sun from Memorial Day until Labor Day. It's a great complex, and highly recommended!
These apartments are way too small and certainly not enough amenities for the rent to be so high. They also look very old on the inside. I was told that they just remodeled in 2000, but I certainly can't tell.

All I wanted was a good place to live and that's what I got. I got the apartment I wanted, I moved in when I was supposed to, I have had a couple of small issues, they were fixed, and I think the staff on the property seem like good people. I live at The Trellis and I want to say what a great job the management team is doing to make the community a great place to live. Ann and Gerry are hardworking and dedicated to customer service. The maintenance men have handled any problems I have had. I would recommend this community to anyone who wants a clean affortable home. It is very close to Ft. Eustis.
This is a good place to live if you're new to the area. It's close to the interstate (but far enough away to avoid the noise), with easy access to both Warwick and Jefferson. The maintenence and office staff are friendly, and the grounds are quiet most of the time. I've never been awoken during the night by loud music or noise.
I have lived in quite a few apts but these apts by far are the best!!! The office staff was friendly and very helpful eventhough i called all day every day until i moved in and maintenance did a good job on my apt. I will be a resident here for a very long time.

I have lived in many different apartments and the Trellis is by far the best experience I have ever had renting. The staff was friendly and the maintenance staff was very quick to respond to any issues I had. My 3 bedroom apartment was very large for an apartment and I loved my front loading washer and dryer.
I have been a resident for two years. The community is nice and clean,the maintenance staff is great as well as the office personal. I recommend it to any one who is looking for a quiet, safe place to live.
I have lived here at Trellis for about going on 3 months. I like it its clean quite and maintenance people r quick to get things fixed witch i so like . My family and i have nothing to complain about compared to other places i would chose the Trellis vey time hands down.

we lived at the trellis for a year and where over all happy with it. The park was small though with naughty words on it (teens im sure) and we had a problem with our upstairs neighbor which resulted in water damage. overall i would say this is a good place to live
