the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Like the people in the office. they are nothing like the other people in the apartments i moved from.
I've lived here for almost 6 months now, and I love it! No pest problems whatsoever, very friendly and helpful staff. Neighbors seem nice, and there isn't excessive noise. There's a courtesy officer and maintenance available 24/7 for emergencies. The pool is large, well-kept, and staffed by a lifeguard Tues-Sun from Memorial Day until Labor Day. It's a great complex, and highly recommended!
These apartments are way too small and certainly not enough amenities for the rent to be so high. They also look very old on the inside. I was told that they just remodeled in 2000, but I certainly can't tell.
