I went to Ron after hearing about him from multiple friends I trust. Having grown up around car shops I knew to always be on guard. Ron and JoAnne are GREAT. They work all the time, and fix whats needs to be fixed and are always honest. I feel better knowing I have somewhere to take whatever I am driving to them and having 4 different makes of vehicle - this is important

Ron Ellis and staff have always been great. I highly recommend them. They are very busy and have a large amount of repeat business. As a divorced mom of two I have never felt taken advantage of by these guys - always completely honest about the work needed and have never told me I needed something done when I didn't while having my vehicle for a oil change, inspection or other work.

I and my family have been dealing with Ron Ellis for many many years now. I have found them to be one of the most professional, reputable and honest automotive repair establishments around. Whenever you take your car there for repair, if they can fix it, it will be fixed. I tell all my coworkers without hesitation to take their vehicles there if they have a problem.

I've recently been on vacation, and acquired some damage to my car while avoiding a deer. Took to Ron Ellis based personal friends and internet creditabilty, its now been 2 days and some change; still no idea on the damage and repairs needed to get me back to work this friday! Also left detailed instructions on what I wanted checked, thus far I got a call yesterday conserning my suspenison, which is great but was not mentioned on what simply asked!I just wanted the service light checked which is the emissions system, and the left transaxle which is leaking fluid. I will never take my car anywhere else. My car is lowered and heavily modified. This was not an issue for Ron in the least. Ron is very knowledgable and actually cares about his customers. If you are having a special issue or need a good alignment, this is the only place in the Richmond area that I would go to. If you need great motor mechanics, these people are it. Above all they will not blind you with jargon or try to sell you anything you do not need - unlike many others in the business. Scrupulous, efficient and great prices. Great company!

What a great place and people. We live 12 miles from Ellis and won't go anywhere else. Once I had breaks done, and there was a minor problem. I brought it back and they fixed it, at no charge, and without asking, threw in an inspection for free to compensate me for my trouble.

Have you ever heard of that?

I have a older vechicle that needed some frame work. Ron and his team worked with me to replace the piece. It is as good if not better than new. I reccomend Ron Ellis to all my friends. Excellent repair work, very professional.
