They called me last night and told me they had a 9:30am appt available for me. I changed my schedule to be there at 9:30 am. There was one office staff member at the front desk was using the phone. I looked at her, but she was busy, so I signed in. The other two patients in there were taken in. Then 2 more arrived, and were subsequently taken in. I sat for 40 minutes, without being spoken to....
Dr. Ayers has been my primary care physcian for many years. She is unfailingly well informed and up to date on health care. She considers my medical needs as well as my tendency to be anxious about them. Exudes confidence in her own ability but is always willing to initiate referrals when appropriate. I have no qualms about recommending her and her staff!

Dr. Joseph and his staff were very professional, they knew what they were doing, and they provided The prescribed treatment. He treatment technicians mark the areas where the TENS pads should be placed, so I can repeat these treatments at home when needed. I am impressed by first visit to a chiropractic clinic.

As like every visit I have there, the customer service is IMPECCABLE...... Dr Travis is the BEST!!!! From going 3x per week several years ago, to once every 6 months or so just to get my adjustment.......

The service, speed and facility was very nice but I felt more like just another client. I asked a couple times about an X-ray after coming more than a few times to see an update on my backs shape and didn't get a straight answer. I left not knowing if my back was healed or not. It still bothers me because it's my back, I'm only in my 20's and highly active and I still don't know if it's healed....
As a patient, I use Dr. Bo (sp?) every Thurs. And she helps me with:
1, My lower back problems
2. My height problem from my right leg turns (very little) smaller than my left leg. Why? Because she moves my lower back to be even between right/left legs
3. My answer, that I need, is coming from Dr. Bo (sp?). Right now, the question is: what hangs to be able my walking, standing up/down,...
Dr. Travis and staff are the greatest.
I only have 2 concerns regarding Rebound Chiropractic.
1. The electrodes used for E-Stim are NOT changed after each use. This means the electrodes are used for multiple people each day without being replaced or cleaned after every client/patient.
2. The water tables and massage tables are not cleaned or wiped down after every client/patient.
I received excellent treatment that relieved my pain immediately.

Dr.Bercasio is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for more than 20 years. He is through in his approach to care. He listens to your issues and concerns. He will also get you referred to a specialist if you need one. He cares about the well being of his patients and is very caring and compassionate. Dr. Bercasio has been our family doctor for years. He treats all our minor ailments and does our yearly physical exams. He is very competent and through. If he suspects a problem he will refer to a specialist. He is always very compassionate.
