They called me last night and told me they had a 9:30am appt available for me. I changed my schedule to be there at 9:30 am. There was one office staff member at the front desk was using the phone. I looked at her, but she was busy, so I signed in. The other two patients in there were taken in. Then 2 more arrived, and were subsequently taken in. I sat for 40 minutes, without being spoken to....
Dr. Ayers has been my primary care physcian for many years. She is unfailingly well informed and up to date on health care. She considers my medical needs as well as my tendency to be anxious about them. Exudes confidence in her own ability but is always willing to initiate referrals when appropriate. I have no qualms about recommending her and her staff!
