Randolph Towers offers the right combination of nice apartments, location, amenities, and customer support for a great price.

Large apartments with decent rent specials

One of the biggest perks of Randolph Towers is the size. The apartments are huge and all have large balconies. The best deal is by far a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment (although those can be very difficult to come across). Rent for the 3 bed 3 baths is one of the best deals you can get in Ballston. Randolph Towers was a good first apartment for my move to the Greater Washington Area. I've been living here for almost a year and will be moving to a more affordable location closer to work, but I have enjoyed my experience with Randolph Towers, overall. The apartment building is nice. Good space and amenities with a lower price. Apartment building has its own gym and indoor pool. The gym is so great and never crowded. There has been lots of construction going on but the improvements are great. I would definitely recommend this apartment building. Sometimes the management messes up billing and leases but is decent at cleaning that up.

The staff in the main office can make Randolph Towers a difficult place to live. For example, my apartment flooded with water from the ceiling due to a leak in the building's piping. This apartment community is the best!

We love it here, close to everything. Metro is a few blocks away, the mall is 2 blocks away, and restaurants and shops are walking distance. Every time we're in DC we've always come and stay here. This is our 4th times we've stayed here. We know that there are new buildings nearby, but we're happy here.
