What a great realty company to deal with. The keyless entry was great. Didn't have to go to the office to check in. Just went straight to the house. They called me a couple of days ahead of check in to be sure we were still on schedule. The house was exactly like it was described on the website. Will definitely book with them again.

This year was the first time we have stayed with Outer Banks Blue. We had an excellent experience. We loved staying on Pine Island at Gem of the ocean. The house was as presented with beach access directly across the street. Check in/out was a breeze with keyless entry. We had a fantastic time and we didn't want to go home. I would highly recommend!

Just got back from Southern Shores. My first time choosing the place myself. She stayed in "Shark and Awe". It was BEAUTIFUL! Well equipped. The contacts I had with Outer Banks Blue were friendly, helpful and very kind! LOVED the keyless entry, and not having to worry about picking up key, dropping off, or losing it during our stay! I would highly recommend, definitely a "better realty"!!

We rented a vacation beach house in Corolla, from Outer Banks Blue. Their prices were cheaper than several others we looked at. The house was magnificent, and the area was perfect. Checking in and out could not have been any easier.
We just got back from OBX 1 1/2 weeks ago. This was our first time using Outer Banks Blue and they were great! Our place was just as it was described. Loved not having to take sheets and towels. It was nice to have the beds all ready when we got there. Very friendly staff. Would recommend them and use them again.

We stayed at Three Sons in Duck for the fourth time. The house is in a great location, well stocked and even had many upgrades this year including new hardwoods, tv's, and bedding. We love this house and will likely stay there again.

This vacation was wonderful. The rental house was beautiful and well maintained. The keyless entry system is great!! I loved not having to check in at a separate location. Everything went very smooth! The only thing I would change would be some of the mattresses.

The house was everything that was advertised and the accessibility for my husband who is in a wheelchair was great! Love the Twisted Fish, 7th year we have the same home. Hate that the bedset on our bed has not been changed in 5 years and that each time we come the showers curtain liner in our bathroom is full of mildew. We had a wonderful experience with Outer Banks Blue Vacations! One of the best things about them is their customer service. I had emailed several times with questions and always got a quick response. Once in OBX I had called and again got a friendly greeting and a great reply. Our house was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub was as well. The "pool boy" came midweek to clean and inspect....
We have stayed with outer banks blue for 3 years (2012, 2013, and 204) and highly recommend this rental company. The houses I have rented have always been clean, easy checking in and checking out, and all linens provided at no extra cost. Any issues we ever encountered were handles in a timely manner. You are correct in saying someone came to the home on the day of arrival but beyond that comment, the remainder of your rebuttal is false. The cat food bowls and beds remained at the home the entire week and someone came each day and filled them.
