My husband and my brother visited the Summer of 2015. We decided not to do the Carribbean this year and opted for the OBX. I am hooked. One of my permanent vacation spots.

What a great realty company to deal with. The keyless entry was great. Didn't have to go to the office to check in. Just went straight to the house. They called me a couple of days ahead of check in to be sure we were still on schedule. The house was exactly like it was described on the website. Will definitely book with them again.

We rented from this realtor for the first time in September 2015. I have been renting in the Outer Banks for over thirty years and this was by far my worst experience. We gave up looking for a house with a pool because the Sea Spot had an in the ground hot tub with waterfall. Didn't work the entire week. OBB did refund us money because of this INCONVIENCE!!!!!!!. Rented this house off of Outer Banks Blue Realty. The house was disgustingly dirty, had no blinds, stereo and pool table didn't work, the Jacuzzi only worked when it wanted too. No headrests on Jacuzzi just screws sticking out of where the head rests were. The kitchen stools were all loose and a hazard. Infested with spiders. Screws sticking out of the deck railings. We were pleased with Outer Banks Blue during our stay at Reel Retreat in Corolla last September. Our house had been cleaned with the exception of our master bedroom, the bed had not been done. We called and a crew was sent that evening to take care of our needs. Our elevator stopped working the third day of our trip, again we called and someone arrived in a couple hours to look at it.
