I recently purchased a mattress from this establishment. It wasn't my favourite thing to shop for because of all the preconceived notions that the salespeople hover over you and badger you until you leave the store empty handed and slightly frustrated. However, this was not the case in this store. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Seana. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about her products and quite content to let me browse around until I found the perfect mattress for me, all by myself. There was no hovering, no badgering, it was great! Any questions I had about any of the mattresses Seana answered them in a very professional manner. She made me feel quite comfortable in my choice of mattress. Seana is definitely the person you want to see if you are looking for a new mattress!
I enjoy this Mattress Firm a lot, I have consistently referred my friends who have both left with purchases and are happy with their decisions. Seana is a wonderful and intelligent manager and she made the experience wonderful in that we weren't hovered over, we weren't pressured, and we weren't made to feel forced to buy something. I really recommend this place for your mattress needs.
Three of my friends and I ventured into MattressFirm today to help me find a new mattress since I'm moving to the area. We were greeted by Seana, the store manager, with a big smile. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and they had great evening delivery time options. The process was painless, and I walked out with a good price for a nice mattress!
We visited Mattress Firm because we noticed a sale sign in the window. When we entered the store we were immediately greeted. Seana was a great sales associate. We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find a mattress set to meet our needs. We were able to schedule a quick delivery date, at no time did we feel pressured to purchase or pressured to purchase more than what we needed. If you are in the market for a new mattress I highly recommend you start here. Their customer service and selection can't be beat. Seana took exceptionally good care of me and my wife. She went above and beyond to find us a mattress that fit our health needs and budget. Not once did she used pushy sales tactic. She was able to find us the exact mattress we wanted which was the tempurpedic cloud lux breeze and arranged delivery quickly. The level of customer service and product knowledge Seana provided was so exceptional. I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm at this location to others. Wow! Seana was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and had excellent above and beyond service. We just came in to see what was available and then planned to shop around. She mentioned the 100 day guarantee and showed is several mattresses that were in our budget. We decided to buy here because of Seana and her service! I highly recommend.

I am so excited for my new mattress to be delivered! Seana, the store manager, was amazing! She didn't hesitate to pull out mattresses from up against the wall for me to test out, and she had recommendations for every concern I had. I'd return to this store in a heartbeat, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
