The room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Located just a 1/2 block from the ocean was a plus. Everything was very clean and looked new. Only set back would be the lack of breakfast. But, Sunnyside was right next door so no worries.
I arrived and there was rotten food left in the microwave stunk real bad. When to 4 different rooms and they all had mold and smelled really bad. I requested my money back . I would never recommend this hotel for anyone.

This place is a joke. Don't stay at this hotel or should I call it a motel. Def not a resort like they claim it to be. Booked an oceanfront room, not even close to the ocean! This hotel was nice for the price I got it for. The facility is a little out dated but it wasn't terrible. The breakfast could certainly be improved and the elevator and ice machines need to be replaced ASAP!!!!!!! I wouldn't bring my family there though it was not very kid friendly.

The hotel was a good location to the ocean and blvd. Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional ten dollars prior to getting room key. I found hair strands in the bathtub and blood stains on the mattress. The trash cans were extremely to small and there were no additional trash bags. Lastly, I found hair attached to clean wash cloths.
