I was a little worried with all the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. At first glance it looks a little run down but you will find that the rooms are newly remodeled very clean! Plus all the staff (including the cleaners) were super nice! Right across the street from beach and near the inlet...

The room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Located just a 1/2 block from the ocean was a plus. Everything was very clean and looked new. Only set back would be the lack of breakfast. But, Sunnyside was right next door so no worries.

I arrived and there was rotten food left in the microwave stunk real bad. When to 4 different rooms and they all had mold and smelled really bad. I requested my money back . I would never recommend this hotel for anyone.

Awesome staff clean and quiet room i live in hotels 4 days a week and have stayed in some real dumps this is not one of them i recommend to anyone and will stay here again next time work brings me this way
