We chose this hotel because it was close to where I went to high school, and I wanted to show my family where I'd lived for a few years. I know it's a small town, so I didn't expect too much. The bed was immaculate and just perfect pillow soft/firmness.
Everything about this hotel was great the staff were very helpful and friendly, I have stayed here before and have never been disappointed and plan on staying here again when I am in that area again! The breakfast was excellent. The pillows were so comfortable that I purchased one for my home.

The staff was nice and accommodating, we got iced in and they let us check out late. There was not a lot of selection on the breakfast. The hotel beds were comfortable. I am not sure if they had something happen but the carpet is pulled up at the door and our toddlers wanted to mess with it. I thought this was a newer hotel but just had lots of cosmetic issues.

I'm a Marriot Platinum Premier (lifetime Plat too!) with almost 2000 nights on the road. Was rather upset there wasn't at least a Fairfield around, but I must say this was a great place! Room was nice and large, bed was comfy and all the regular amenities you could possibly want. Clean to boot! My friends husband scoped out for all of us. I expected a clean, but typical beige cookie cutter place. But the interior from the lobby to the rooms was clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay, we found these Mineral Wells "Passports" and went around town seeing the sites. It is a nice older town. Our highlight of the trip was the Natty Flats BBQ restaurant about 30 minutes from the hotel. We stayed for two nights, great swimming pool, the Spa was not very warm but it was OK. A lot of people seem to stay at the hotel for long periods.

The management and staff were very helpful and the breakfast offered was outstanding, but we had to move rooms because one room had no couch cushions and the other room had a broken sofa bed and broken door to the refrigerator cubby. The areas that a guest would see most often were just fine and the beds were remarkably comfortable.

The hotel had breakfast up every day before the actual start time which was great for the racers that were there. We got to eat and then rest before riding. When arriving very helpful and the cookies were awesome as usual. Now if I can only get the extra charge figured out.
They provided coffee and water and set up the tables, which they did not have to do, it was phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond!! We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I spent three months at Comfort Suites Mineral Wells while relocating to the area. Great place to stay, clean, friendly people, big rooms. Indoor pool and jacuzzi, laundry room, gym - they even have a Wednesday night happy hour! I will definetly recommend this hotel to family and friends!
I give my weekend stay 5 stars, due to cleanliness, quietness, great comfortable king bed, indoor heated pool and a great breakfast. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to any and everyone.
The walls and flooring are paper thin and we were not the only guests to notice that. The beds were very uncomfortable. Would never stay there again. I will say the staff and breakfast were all excellent.

We stayed here, while visiting Possum Kingdom Lake. The staff is very nice. I forgot to bring my iPhone charger, and the hostess let me use her personal charger. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature. We had a great stay. We would definately stay here again.
