Appointment setup for same day, friendly enough. Arrived early, my mistake since I waited until they closed anyway for my vehicle. About 2 hours. Long time and your vehicle goes around back where you can't see. Was told the tech's tool broke when changing my tires. Same tire brand and size I had on vehicle for 2 years. Brought it around with tire alert light lit. Never said a word about that...

Good Service that could be great with a few tweaks

Tires were delivered quickly and I had an appointment a few days later. Staff was friendly and the facility offered free wifi and tv so I opted to stay on site and wait. No coffee or vending but there is quick mart nearby. I was given a 2 hour estimate for 4 tires but I opted to have additional lens restoration services so I was there almost 4 hours. Terrible experience. My wife bought me a car starter for Christmas. We had to wait an entire month for an appoitment they were then late to. Once inside, they first wanted to force me into an upgraded system because ""it was the car's fault"" and then they added equipment onto the prepaid package. Got a refund and rolled. Never again.

I had a appointment for 1:00 PM, dropped the car off at 11:00 AM for 2 front snow tires and the car wasn't ready until 5:00 PM. Although timeliness was very poor, they did an excellent job installing the tires and put the old tires in bags before they put them in my trunk.

Hands Free Phone Hook-up - Quick and Helpful

I really needed to be able to use my phone to place and receive calls while driving. This new law had me worried about getting pulled over for using the phone. Car Worx set me up with a new bluetooth enabled head unit that sync with my blackberry. They were quick and very helpful in showing me how to use the new set up. I recommend them to anyone.

A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I went to this place because they said they were a viper remote starter dealer, However the sales guy didnt really want to help me pick out a system at all. and quite frankly he didnt have a whole lot to choose from. I'll shorten this up for you, I spent twice as much as originally quoted, I've been back 3 times to have things fixed, They burned my door panel w/ a soldering gun(which they wont admit too).
