First and Last Time

Appointment setup for same day, friendly enough. Arrived early, my mistake since I waited until they closed anyway for my vehicle. About 2 hours. Long time and your vehicle goes around back where you can't see. Was told the tech's tool broke when changing my tires. Same tire brand and size I had on vehicle for 2 years. Brought it around with tire alert light lit. Never said a word about that...

Good Service that could be great with a few tweaks

Tires were delivered quickly and I had an appointment a few days later. Staff was friendly and the facility offered free wifi and tv so I opted to stay on site and wait. No coffee or vending but there is quick mart nearby. I was given a 2 hour estimate for 4 tires but I opted to have additional lens restoration services so I was there almost 4 hours. I was very happy with the lens restoration...
