This crew is really good at acting. They appear to know what they are talking about and will milk your wallet with replacement parts that are not necessary. In my case, they charged me $800 to replace the spider injector and it still didn't fix the problem. They wanted me to keep the vehicle there so they could continue to work on it. As usual, my experience at ABC was excellent. They have always taken care of me (and my Jeep) with great expertise and on a timely basis. Usually, it is an emergency - so much for scheduled breakdowns!

I do not know what I would do without my friends @ ABC. And they are my friends. Only friends would go out of their way the way everyone @ ABC does to help me in my "normal" time of emergency needs. I appreciate their continued good effort to find replacement parts for my vehicle. Another good service is prompt answering of the telephone and you are not subjected to having to punch five keys to speak to a real person. It seems that the charges were reasonable.

Great group of folks in Kitty Hawk... my 21 year old son was stuck at the beach with a car that was stalling out. It was on a Friday night and they had to come back to Richmond so figured we would have to tow the car, but called ABC and he got his car in there on a Saturday morning, thoroughly checked the car over for the cause, replaced the sensor, and they were on the road good as new! ...
