We often hear a fair amount on negative issues w/ business' here.....would like to share a good thing. Had an appt w/Meineke car care in KDH....There was a mix up (probably my fault) with the appt...but the manager went WAY out of his way to take of my oil change and fixed a constant issue that I was having....Amazing....WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

I was at the beach and my rotors were grinding, I had to try Meineke for the first time. $500 later I have new rotors and pads on my front brakes, and I was told that I was good to go until my next inspection (my car is due to be inspected 3 months from now). 1 week later I'm back at Meineke with rotors grinding on my rear brakes, I call the Kill Devil Hills location and am told they don't know...

We live in Manteo, NC and have plenty of other service centers available to us. However Meineke has taken good care of us for the past 2.5 years, especially since the arrival of their manager...

We were visiting from Northern KY and had.an issue with our car's brakes. Dylan took took care of us promptly and courteously.
