Just needed a place to sleep and bathe for 2 nights so no extra amenities were needed. We checked in and lobby was nice. The lady at the check in desk in was very nice. We had to rent a cot due to having 3 kids and beds were very small... Room was nothing to desire but as I stated, only needed a place to sleep and bathe. Very dark parking lot when arriving back at night and side entrance...

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights, and we were very satisfied with the peaceful facilities and nice surroundings. It seemed that the hotel had just changed owners to Knights Inn - and there were simply no other guests at the 200 rooms hotel, and the staff included only a friendly person in the reception and 1 - 2 cleaners.

I was in Williamsburg, VA to document and map the 13 year periodical cicada emergence known as Brood XIX. While I got a great room rate through Orbits I was somewhat disappointed with the condition of the hotel. There was nothing wrong with the hotel staff. All were polite and courteous. It was the condition of the hotel that wasn't what I was used to. It was very run-down and it smelled damp...

Had to move the second night of my stay. Problems with hot water and then next day a gas leak or something of that nature. Pool area overgrown with grass and needed serious attention. Hotel had really come down over the years that I have been visitng the area. Only positive note is that this hotel is beside the resort that I belong to.If the resort had a room for the short stay I would not have...
