Jan and the other front desk staff gave exceptional customer service and were very welcoming. Jan gave us great recommendations for restaurants to go to and was always more than willing to answer any questions my fiancé and I had. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're traveling to Williamsburg!

Awesome experience, 7-11 right across the street if snacks and other goodies are wanted, several eating options in and around hotel. Clean, modern rooms, I would stay again if I am in the area. Staff is friendly

Very nice stay, breakfast a little pricey though

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was very courteous. The only downside is that the dining area is independently operated so there was no complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was the typical buffet style, average food at best, service was scattered and we paid $26 for the 2 of us which was way overpriced for what you got....

We made a quick trip to Williamsburg and stayed here two nights.
Room - relatively clean but my sheets and pillow cases ad dried on candy on them. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was fine. Noise level is fine too.
The bed wasn't bad and I am admittedly a very picky person when it comes to beds. I've had better...

We loved staying at this comfortable hotel. We were 5 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and 10 minutes from Jamestown. The staff was friendly and the room clean.
