Yesterday I took several items to be shipped from Parcel Plus (one already packaged, one needing to be boxed). I was VERY disappointed with the additional costs to the shipping that they tack on JUST before they run your card. They charged an additional $4 for the box (that I can understand) and $5 for labor!
