Was a long-term customer. A single visit was miscoded, leading to insurance incorrectly denying claim. Spoke with their billing department and indicated insurance issue was getting worked out, which led them to turn matter over to collections. Pacific University Family Vision Center / College of Optometry is located in the heart of downtown Portland. I was very impressed with the optometrists that work there.
