Very helpful

i am elderly and disabled. NWN went a mile above to help me get my medical certificate and help with my bill. They did not have to go beyond just setting up the certificate, but they contacted energy assistance gave them my information and i was finally able to make an appointment after trying for three years to schedule one with IMPACT NW.Thanks for all your help NWN.

worst utility company of all time. having lived in 10 different cities the past 12 years - i've dealt with a lot of them. i have an issue with my natural gas - a potential hazard, and they have not dealt with it. i have been calling weekly since november. it's mid-march now. they don't care for customers - they don't care if you have a gas problem. they don't care to make money or do good...
