First year in 2014 was great. This propery is rapidly declining. Stay away. Too many newer places to chose and live.

Rapid decline the past year. They have been through about 6 managers. Each new manager promises change but then they are gone. I am not renewing my lease. Sad state of affairs here. My first year was good. Here are just a few of the property issues.

1- Fitness area AC was broke most of the summer
2- Hot Tub (Spa) is down all the time.
3- Had hot water issues several time in the building the...
