Help us make it rightThis place is not even worthy of one star. I went here a few weeks ago to get a tire patched. They tell me the nail is in the side wall and we can sell you a whole new set of tires so they can all match. I""m like so you want me to buy 4 new tires (which I didn't need) to replace one bad one.
They gave me an estimate for almost $500 bucks of work that my suv DIDN'T NEED...plus they recommended a new set of tires. I""m like you guys must think I fell off the stupid truck yesterday. So I took my suv to another shop and got the tire patched for $23 bucks. The nail wasn't even in the side...
this place is normally okay if not for being slow... however, the information on their website to find appropriate tires for my type of vehicle was not "" tried and true "" ... had a Michelin Hydro-Edge set of tires installed on the back... this is a "" directional "" tire and has a tire rotation arrow stipulating the correct way for it to be installed .... well, an hour and a half later they brought my vehicle out , ready to go .... but not so fast , one tire of the two was installed BACKWARD , directional arrow on tire pointing the opposite way of turning .... should be as easy as Tire...
