I give Martha's a 3.5 out of 5. Its a good shop.
I've seen a lot worse & I have seen better.
I can tell you that I usually select bike shops based on what I am looking for. But this is me.

Martha's is usually my first choice. It is my local shop and I have a business relationship with Ed, the owner. My needs are satisfied most of the time. When needs are not met, I make sure I let Ed know about it. Ed has told me that he is working to make improvements. To Ed's credit, He Pretty Much Runs The Place Himself. At times he does have 2 other part time employees. All in all, I don't think...

Martha's Bicycles & Fitness is engaged in sales, service, and rentals of bicycles and fitness equipment. They also carry a full line of related accessories and clothing. This business was established in 1957 and incorporated in 1995 in Massachusetts. They employ five people.
