This room was clean and comfortable and the staff helped get us into our room quickly so that we could get our kids in bed.\n\nA smoke smell in the hallway.
The beds were in fact really comfortable and the location was nice.\n\nThe only thing about this hotel that deserves 2 stars is its name. Lobby is small and dirty. Complimentary coffee was only warming urn and small Styrofoam cups in hallway. This place is dirty. Housekeeping knocked on door at 8am to see if we were leaving.
Rude staff, crappy food, uncomfortable beds and run down facility. Will never stay here again. Oh and there's a bar that sounds like a night club and it was loud until 2am. There were people outside everywhere at 11:30pm. I did not feel safe whatsoever. And the staff? They don't care! Worst place to stay in Williamsburg.
The beds were comfortable. The guests next room over were having a party, so we called the front desk to ask them to quiet them down yet they did nothing. I had to go over myself. The breakfast bar could use some fruit or bagels. Only one choice of bread and one choice of juice.
For 30 years I have been in Williamsburg once or twice a month on business. I quit staying at the Patriot years ago because it became rundown. I decided after 10 years to try it again.
