The entire floor was soaking wet because the windows would gather condensation and then just drip onto the floor. Someone was supposed to come do something about the wet carpet but it never materialized.

well i'm an easy person to please but, We had a late check in when we got to our room the door was proped open because the room smelled so musty and the carpet was wet in several places. No other rooms available. the staff offered nothing but were sorry

parking was close and convenient internet access quick and easy\n\nonly one operating elevator rubbery pancakes replaced waffles on breakfast buffet our reservation erroneously identified us as from the wrong state, and clerk's nails were so long she had difficulty correcting address
