I dropped my car at the night drop with full instructions on what needs to be done on 1/6/13. Next day I did not get a call from the service department so I called at 10:00 AM. BODY SHOP REVIEW--'92 Lexus needed Pearl White bumper painted, the yellow plastic underneath was showing through. Haley's body shop attempted several times to buff/paint the bumper but the result never rose to their level of satisfaction (the bumper cover's plastic was too far gone). I have taken in 3 times for oil and tire rotation. Bought car there also. Each visit people work hard to make customer feel important. They listen well and say thank you. Great job !

I had air conditioning work done on my Pontiac Grand Am and I was told that it was fixed. It did not work and I am displeased with the service as a whole and I have tried to resolve this issue and nothing has been done or said to my satisfaction.
