I first visited Gentech Dentist in 6/12, and it has been an Excellent experience (as far as excellent experiences to the dentist can be). Dr. Edwards is very knowledgeable, patient-friendly, and explains procedures well before beginning them. Krystal, his Assistant, has kept me informed on progress, costs, and keeping my insurance concerns in line, as well as being Friendly and very knowledgeable in her job. Tania, my Hygienist, has done an excellent job cleaning my teeth and providing me info to keep my teeth in the best condition. I recommend Gentech to all.

I have been a patient at Gentech Portland for a number of years and have had a tremendous amount of work done including scaling, a root canal, wisdom teeth extractions and a crown placed on my front tooth. Through every procedure I have been beyond satisfied! Everyone I have encountered is friendly and professional and I always know I am in good hands. The bill is never a surprise as they always provide a print out of the estimate including what insurance will pay and what I am responsible for.

Nice first visit

I had a good experience during my first visit today and I'm pretty picky about my dentist. I have no qualms about shopping around until I find the right one. I particularly liked the option to wear earphones during the cleaning because I don't like to be chatted at in that situation. Everyone was really friendly and thorough without bombarding me. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase more services than I really needed.

Dr Nardecchia is very caring and took the time to call me at home to followup a root canal and crown. He did not charge me extra for a followup visit when I had some concerns. And since I do not have insurance this was most appreciated.
