She is so positive and insightful. She really makes you want to eat better without feeling like you are giving up anything. She is a little pricey but will work with you on that too.

I lost 40 pounds that I'd been carrying around for twenty years. I saw Lou Ann once weekly. She began by interviewing me at length about my eating history. my eating habits, my goals and my lifestyle. She's warm, personable, very very smart, and helped me figure out a way to eat that WORKED for me. I lost weight steadily but slowly and didn't go at all nuts the way I've done on ""diets."" She's terrific and gave me an array of tools for maintaining the weight loss. I actually looked forward to each weekly appointment. Highly recommend.

The best thing about her is the fact that she doesn't make you give up anything, well maybe chips, but really encourages portion control and proper eating habits. I knew all of this going in, but she helps me stay on track and doesn't beat me up too much when I stray. If you are in need I would check her out!
